Management Structure

Combined with dedicated CITB site managers, our commercial projects have an added layer of management reporting directly to the commercial team. 

Sub Contractors that deliver specialist products and or services benefit from addtional management structure, especially when there task requires specific health and safety implementation.

A key example is the removal of asbestos. Despite the obvious health and safety risks, accurate programme management and clear communication is required throughout the chain. WB has the skill set to meet such challenges.
